Overview
SimpleHR is a digital product delivered as licensed source code. Because digital products cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are final unless the order meets one of the refund-eligible conditions described below.
Refund-Eligible Conditions
You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if any of the following apply:
- The delivered code is incomplete or missing modules advertised in the product listing.
- The product does not match its description and advertised features are missing.
- Critical defects prevent the application from running when following the provided setup instructions.
- You made an accidental or duplicate purchase of the same product.
- The product was not delivered after purchase.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Change of mind after the product has been downloaded.
- Lack of technical skills or resources required to deploy, set up, or use the product.
- Requests for customizations or features not included in the product listing.
- The product has already been used in a production environment.
- Environment or infrastructure incompatibility when system requirements were clearly listed in the product description.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@simplehr.site within 30 days of your purchase. Please include your order number or proof of purchase, and a description of the issue you experienced.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
